hey raw mommies
I need some help! OUr foster daughter 11 months is breaking out in bad diaper rash! ack! Her mom was feeding her chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, whole milk, eggs. Those were the staples. She is liking the raw food but she has BAD diaper rash! I need to get it cleared up before she has a visit with her mom. probably next week. I am guessing this is probably detox because of the diet she was on and also because of vaccinations and medications that her mom had given her. But this reflects badly on me! It will look like I dont change her diaper. Actually I change the diaper frequently, use a natural diaper rash cream and bathe her every morning. Any suggestions?? Would sure be appreciated. Also I can't remember back to when my son was 11 months. Is is normal for a baby that age to have like 5 to 6 bowel movements per day?? She has that many just about every day. She has been at our house for 17 days now.
