i was thinking of juicing for breakfast and lunch and then big salads and trying raw recipes for dinner....going to try and ease into it as i want this to be a lifestyle change and not a diet. does this sound sensible? or should i start slower?

we are also getting into filtered water, getting the flouride and aluminum out of our systems as well, with natural deoderant and toothpastes, also going to get spirulina and barley green powder to go in the juice....sound good?

i really wanna get this weight off...ive gained 50 pounds in the past 3 years when i met my husband.....its time we took controll of this runaway train and got off the garbage we eat....

Sounds like you are on the right track. There are so many other things in our environment that need to be considered to help detox. I think what you put on your skin is just as important as what you put into your mouth.

I don't juice but I do smoothies in the morning and at lunch. My usual routine is fruit, green smoothie, then superfood smoothie. I have a heavier raw meal in the evening.

Try out your new routine and then adjust as needed. Remember to keep raw foods around so that you can grab something in a pinch.

Oh, and welcome to Raw Food Talk!
