it arrived in 3 days! My girl was more excited than me! I unpacked it, just stood there looking at it. Was wondering, "What do I do now?" :eek: Excitement overwhelmness...Butternut squash soup today.

I'm heading out to blend up some tomato soup -- tis cold and grey here so definitely a soup day

my tomato soup recipe ===
a couple tomatoes (med size or 4 smaller ones)
cup water
a couple basil leaves
a sprig of dill
couple of medjool dates
1 clove garlic
one carrot
one celery stick
1/2 of a sweet red pepper
a bit of cumin (tsp is good)
a dash of red pepper flakes or cayenne for a bit of a kick

Mmmm...the soup was so good. I had to contain myself from eating the entire. 6 cups! Gonig to try tom soup when done....oh & broc too!!!
