Any foods high in omega 3 - 6 - 9, because I bought flaxseed oil to help with my psoriasis two years ago and I still I am having skin issues. I was told that flaxseed oil aggravates some people's skin and causes acne. Acne is not my issue, but my psoriasis should be diminished by now.
Any advice?

Okay, I got hemp seed to put in my smoothies. I will try the others. Hopefully, I will use up my Flaxseed oil in less than a month to experiment on this.
Psoriasis is such a deep subject. My husband has had p. for over 35 years now. He's trying diligently to try to heal it from within. What he's doing involves much more than flax oil, although he does take fresh pressed flax oil daily.
He's doing a lot of Donna Gates (Body Ecology) and "Healing Psoriasis: The Natural Alternative" by John Pagano. He's seeing some improvement after months of following these and is trying not to get discouraged.

Found this on savi seed (saviseed com).
Q: How many grams of Omega 3, 6 and 9 per 1oz/28g serving are found in SaviSeeds?
A: Sacha inchi seeds contain an average of 50% Omega-3, 34% Omega-6 and 9% Omega- 9, a total of 93% of unsaturated fatty acids. This means there are approximately 7 grams of Omega-3, 4.7 grams of Omega-6 and 1.3 grams of Omega-9.
As for chia, it has 3 and 6 and i don't know about 9 (i found one place they say it has the 9) but i read from RawSOME that our body will make the omega 9 if we consume 3 and 6.
