I got this recipe on Alissa Cohen's website. Calls for Brussel sprouts cut in half, coconut oil and salt.

What temperature can I dehyrate them at? I dont like using anything above 105 to make them extra extra raw since enzymes start to degrade above 105. 115 is well a bit iffy...

How long should I dehydrate these? What's the consensus here of how long and what temp these are dehydrated?

i usually do 110 degrees and i think i do them for a couple of hours depending on the size of the sprouts.

Oooh, I haven't seen this recipe, but these sound AMAZING! Roasted brussel sprouts are my favorite (I actually crave them) so this has to be good too!

Some like to dehydrate at 105 or 110 0r 115.

As far as how long goes for this recipes is depends on how crunchy you like your Brussels sprouts. When I made these the first time, I love em right there on the spot before I put it in the D, then I put it in the D. They shrink and get crunchy and so good. these will still be good dehydrated at 105, just slightly longer time to dehydrate!! These are delicious!! I did it with cauliflower too with cumin spice added!! OMG!! I did mine for at least a couple hours.

I dehydrate all my stuff at 115.

This is one of my fave to make all the time!! :) (Thanks Alissa!! :))

Alissa's recipe calls for coating the brussel sprouts with melted coconut oil, then salted and dehydrated. I'm allergic to coconut ... has anyone tried these using olive oil perhaps?

Like the idea of the cauliflower and cumin Whoa-Raw. Sounds good. Did you use coconut oil or olive oil?

I use coconut. Olive oil sounds good. Give it a try and see what you think. :)
