Where can I find recipes for oat groats and rye? I bought a bunch of truly raw sproutable oat groats from the farmers market and rye.
I dont want any muesli type recipes either that use fruits... Im staying away from sugars they give me allergies. only extremely low glycemic or load sugars. agave syrup is fine tho I like coconut syrup better.
