Juice fasting and No 2's

I have never done a juice fast before. I am contemplating one after Christmas

When doing a juice fast do you still have bowl movements ?? Can I get diarrhea from juice fasting?

you'll still have normal bms while fasting... without assistance. of course you can use enemas etc if you choose. i don't.

as for diarrhea... notsomuch.

how long you fasting for?

I think I would aim for a week. I have a nice Sampson juicer so I think I can make juices nutritious enough to get me through a week.

any juicer can make you juice. some you just have to consume them right away... but any old juicer will do.

and a week will be a nice fast. i prefer 10 days myself...
