This is a raw food forum. There are a lot of raw bread bread recipes available if you Google them as well as Alissa's burger bun in her first book.

I missed bread in the beginning but was fine once I started making crackers.

Maybe you can try Mana Bread. It is the closest you will find to raw bread.Wheat and gluten free and barely baked at all.

Gluten intolerance is very serious, if you are allergic then I would recommend dropping all wheat/gluten products immediately. Be careful if you choose to get gluten-free baked goods as they are still not the healthiest of choices. They can be full of refined starchy flours and sugars (corn, potato, white rice, etc) and are basically just fillers. Raw sprouted grain/seed breads are a good option!
In my opinion, sprouted/raw breads will never taste the "same" as that fluffy/addicting taste of raised cooked and refined breads.. but they can be much more wholesome and flavorful if you get good at it.
I used to be a bread-maniac but have been doing wonderful without it for a few years. Eventually it isn't even appealing anymore..

You will be fine if you can hold on. It takes 30-40 days to heal from the addiction. But get easier as you go along. Talk back to those feelings and make a list of why you want to quit that.

When you crave for it, what is it happening in the right moment? Are you bored, are you worry, are you stress out? Find another way to cope with that. Such deep breath, take glass of water etc...

You can find many raw bread that are gluten free (careful to read the ingredient). If you have a dehydrator, you can make your own.

Green smoothie heal addictions.

Yes, I was addicted to bread too, but it's now the one thing I don't miss at all. It seems so awful to me now, like this spongy gut bomb. It would be worse in the winter, because it would make me sluggish and I gots to keep moving in the cold weather! Here's what I did: I cut it out only for thirty days, and I told myself that if I really wanted it, fine but I'd wait after my 30 days was up. Baby steps work so much better than huge life-changing goals. Be good to yourself.

French bread, oh you got to get Alissa new book, her baggel is absolutely amazing, you can always find substitute anything in raw food with what sute you. If she use a grain with gluten, use buckweat instead.

There is also a nice pizza from Rhio that she use almond flower, flax seed and either cucumber or zukini, it is like a bread texture. Alissa has also amazing bread stick in her book.

You truly can find peace and great comfort with raw food. Yes we go through a little pain but soon you will realize "why was i addicted to that again", lol...

You truly will be ok and you will be a sucess, take the plunge and see all the amazing strength and gifts that will come up that you didn't even know was there. It is in you.

Bread seems to be one of the things people miss most. It is also pretty addicitve as well as not the best for you. Puffs many all up like a balloon.

I say stiiiiccccckyyyyy to people who wonder about bread (especially wonder bread..haha).

Put the bread in water and let it sit for a bit. Look at how gooey and sticky it becomes. hmmmmmmm
