Since I am taking antibiotics and have been for some time for multiple infections, I have to keep sugars on the low side. I guess one thing I could do it make sure I drink my veggie juice on an empty stomach?
How about low sugar recipes? Anyone have some? Trying to keep the carrots, tomatoes and fruit in my juices to a minimum! Instead I eat those whole, in salads and such.
Thanks.

greens need to be your friend. Not sure if your juicer can handle greens but there the best for you. Spinach, kale, chard, collard, broccoli, cucumbers, etc. I heard that when you juice it should be on a empty stomach and after drinking it, then drink a glass of water.

Whole foods offers the Dr Oz green smothie in juice form. I order it without the apples (and have them add a bit more cucumber and celery). The ginger is what really sends this juice over the edge.
O.M.G is this delicious. you won't be disappointed.
