Hi,
When I am at home I can stay high raw, usually around 90% I'd say. I get into my routine of preparing raw meals etc. Everything is great while I am home. But the minute I go outside my house I have trouble. I have been having problems going out with people and being out for hours and getting hungry.
I am 30 yrs old and been an SAD eater my whole life until August of this year. So some of the food addictions are still lingering. While out with people there have been times I have ate fast food, or ate foods they prepared with bread, or meat, or cheese, or processed foods. I feel so guilty and also I feel like crap physically and mentally after I eat these foods. I feel bloated after eating this stuff and my energy is zapped.
It's hard, cause it's hard to fight off temptations when hungry. I go a few days eating high raw diet then have a day where I screw up. It's been like this for like 2 weeks. And some days I sneak in a little bit here and there. I just need ideas on what to do. I've sometimes brought fruit with me and one day I had some raw granola bars I made and brought those too. But I just need better tips about getting through this. What do you guys do when you are out or when you get hungry and away from home? I know the best thing to do might be to bring food with you. But what kind of foods? Thx
