I was raw for a couple months.
Then I fell off.
And it's been very hard getting back on.
So I think, on occasion, it would be great to have some cooked starch.
But I want to know your thoughts on 100% whole wheat, and heating olive oil.
I've heard negative of the two.

well..glutenous grains (wheat included), from my knowledge, is one of, if not THE, worst thing you can put into your body. It is addicting, which makes it very hard to break. But, just taking glutenous grains out of your diet will save you from a ton of disease and make you feel better.. I would say that it would contradict raw in the first place honestly.
