Now that you have had your Bellicons for awhile are you still happy with them? How much do you use them? Has the excitment worn off and you don't use it as much? Which model did you get?

I'm on the fence about getting one, but my back and neck hurt after using my old rebounder last night. The raw foods diet has helped me so much with health issues, but I still need to go to a higher level with the exercise and I want to be sure the Bellicon is worth that much money.

Any comments or suggestions would be so appreciated. I have studied the QiBounding site and may order one this week, but I would sure like to hear from anyone that already has one.

This forum has been a life saver for me!

Thank you so much!

i love love love love love love love mine. my daughter and i use it often!!! we love how simple it is to pull it out, watch tv and just bounce!

and honestly... it's worth way more than what it costs IMO... way more. i've never loved a piece of exercise equipment as much as i love my rebounder!

here's some of the reasons i love it so much:

it's compact (relatively)
it's easy to pull out and use - anytime
it's a quick work out or a longer one if i desire... but 15 minutes is a good workout!

it drains my lymphs... which IMO is priceless!

and... my daughter released so much weight using it... and maintains her weight between eating high raw and rebounding. as a budding teenager... i imagine she'll be using it even more in the years to come!

Wonderful. Now I'm really excited! Can't wait to order it. I wanted to hear from someone that has used it for several months or more. Sometimes we buy things and the thrill wears off so quickly.

Thanks!

Aleesha,

I just talked to Sylvia and ordered my rebounder!!! She was so nice. I told her hello from you and she said wonderful things about YOU!!

Anyhoo, I may get it Friday but possibly not 'til Monday (boo hoo). It's a lot of money so I hope I made the right decision.

I lost my health several years ago and since then have been crawling my way back. With the raw foods diet and the rebounder I now have hope! Thanks so much for your encouragement. You've touch my life and many others with your positive energy.

With Love,

Pat

P.S. - I just noticed I misspelled your name in the original post. I apologize. I tried to change it but wasn't successful.

no worries on the misspell. ;)

sylvia is just lovely... i adore her!!!

and i can't speak for what your experience will be... but i can tell you i'm so grateful for my rebounder... so grateful. the weather can be horrid... and i can rebound. if i'm cold in the house... i rebound instead of turning on the heat! if i'm feeling lazy... i can rebound for 5 minutes and then feel like i got something accomplished LOL

it's great!!! do let me know about your experience when you get yours!!!

Aleesha,
Do you have any particular rebounding dvd's that you bounce to ... or do you just bounce while watching tv programs? I'm trying to get into a solid exercise routine including rebounding, yoga and walking. I'm doing okay with the yoga and walking ... just not there yet with the rebounding.

Thanks!

here's my review on it... http://www.timelessspirit.com/SEPT08/review2.shtml

Aleesha, I noticed from your blog that you purchased the therabands. Do you still use them? What is the advantage of having them?

Do you unscrew the legs each time you are finished and store the rebounder until the next time, only to screw the legs in again? It seems to me that the folding legs would be beneficial.

Thanks.

i leave the legs on and just lean it against the wall in the corner. it's not a problem at all.

i used the theraband a lot when i first began with the rebounder and it's great to have if i'm feeling a bit off balance.

Hi Terry,

Yes, I did get a rebounder. Thank you for asking! There is an issue as to whether I have the right bungee bands though.

The yoga swing sounds like fun. I'll have to look into that.

Hi,

I only read about these the other day and would be interested in getting one. I haven't actually seen a "real" one yet.

I would like to use this while watching TV but am worried about it scratching my wooden floor. Would it damage it?

Thanks

nope. it has little rubber feet. hasn't damaged my hard-wood floors at all.
