I already use it on my skin, put it in some of my food, and take it orally, but I've been doing some research. I loooooooove research. I found a couple more ways of using coconut oil that I never even thought of:
1. using it in place of deodorant: this is logical to me at least, because of its antibacterial properties and bacteria is what causes the odor. (although I don't actually have body odor anymore)
2. melting it and using it as a hot oil treatment (like those messy old tubes of VO5, remember those?)
I was just wondering, has anyone done either [or both] of these things, and what was your experience like? Have your results been good? I was just curious, y'know, just in case I should want to buy stock in coconut oil some day...
