Just to vent about detoxing symptoms and have emotional support.

I think overall needs to be a whole lot more emotional support around raw life!!! it is not for the faint of heart nor those who don't want to see their stuff.

Not saying that is for all but from what I have seen!

Mmm. Personal Growth. Yeah, sometimes things can be a challenge but I don't want to clog up the Food board with negativity I may be feeling. I am fasting right now so I know I will have horrible detox symptoms I want to complain about until they are over.

I wanna discuss my joint aches. I can't tell if they popped up 'cause of a flu I had or if its detox or both.

I've shared a lot of detoxing negativity here on this forum and received lots of support. I take love in whatever package it comes in!

Hi, funny how detox brings total strangers together

I don't know where the line is drawn between having the flu and detox. It's all new to me. Seems like the past week is 1 day I'll feel really good and the next, the fever and aches come back. Maybe there is no answer. At least the yeast infection symtpoms that were plaguing me for 2 months are gone. Now that's smoething to be thankful about.
