Hi, I got tons of stuff in my cupboard I am barely using. I'd like to start using it up. Here is the list:
Peanuts
Chickpeas
Brown flax, gold flax, flax meal
Pine nuts
Sunflower Seeds
Sesame seeds
Lentils
Rye
Barley
Wheat
Mung Beans
Kelp, Dulse
Pomegranate powder
Spirulina
Carob powder
Vanilla beans
Hemp seeds
Goji Berries
I use a little bit here and there in salads and smoothies. I've made some flax crackers a few times, "raw" Tortillas, and some other little treats in the dehydrator. Any recipe ideas? I am willing to pick up an ingredient or 2 to complete a recipe. Thanks

I would be all over the peanuts with a nut butter! (however I don't eat peanuts as they're not actually raw)
And I really like eating my dulse just wrapped around a brazil nut! Great snack, super healthy.

Some sort of hummus our of the chickpeas and lentils, not necessarily together hmmm but maybe
More crackers with the flax and seeds, maybe consider freezing. Do a banana search to check on shelf and freezer life. Or better yet just make real zesty and give as gifts with a jar of homemade raw salsa
All the powder and spirulina would just have to go in a daily smoothie know tastey recipie comes to mind
CArob powder with dates and walnuts makes ago brownie. Search RP brownies. Thes freeze and thaw wonderfully.
Sprout the mug beans
Rye, Barley and Wheat hmmm pizza dough or fancy RAW bread I guess

sprout the lentils and make sprouted lentil salad with veggies, oil, herbs, nutritional yeast. add ground sunflower seeds for more substance
you can also make a sunflower seed tabbouleh with chopped/pulsed (in fp) sunflower seeds, mint, and all the other normal tabbouleh ingredients, subbing the seeds for the usual wheat
if the hemp seeds dont have shells on them you could also use them as the base for tabbouleh
if they do, make a hemp milk out of them and strain the shells out after blending. flavor with vanilla and stuff
ive sprouted barley and used it in miso soup as a raw rice substitute. has that chewy texture of brown rice
i love pieces of dulse in kale-avo salad. and other salads. or to eat with almonds or walnuts or brazil nuts as a snack. only if you have the big pieces of dulse though, not the flakes. i also used to make a pesto soup and put large pieces of dulse in it for substance.. its good in nori rolls with avo and spinach etc too

Brown flax, gold flax, flax meal-
Soak 2 cups flax seed in 4 cups water overnight...chop fine or use a food processor to finely dice any veggies, onion, garlic, zucchini, carrot, whatever you like...add to flax w/seasoning of choice and dehydrate into amazing crackers.
or
add to smoothies
Pine nuts
process w/walnuts & basil to make pesto
Sunflower Seeds make pates
Sesame seedsmake milk or tahini
DulseI put this on salad all the time
Pomegranate powder
Spirulina...add to smoothies or mix w/water and drink. sweeten if you need to
Carob powder Def. brownies, smoothies, desserts
Vanilla beans add to smoothies, ice cream, nut milks
Hemp seeds I add these to my cacao/maca smoothies all the time, adds extra richness......can be added to other nuts/seeds to make nut milk, too strong a taste on its own for me. Sprinkle on salads, add to pates and other salad type/veggies dishes.
