OK, here's an other one from me...
I've been reading that to make proper digestion yo have to CHEW your smoothies... BUT... How can yo CHEW something you drink?... Just by Swirling it in your mouth?
And does it really help with digestion??... Or how does it help by "CHEWING" a smoothie??

yes. keeping food and swooshing it around your mouth (or chewing) allows the brain to send signals to the stomach to aid in digestion. AND digestion begins in the mouth. you need to allow your saliva to mix with your food.
so chewing your smoothies (and everything else including juice) is a goooood thing!

Digestion START in the mouth. Yes chew, to get as much saliva to mix with the smoothie for proper digest. I just pretend to chew with a smoothie and it seem to work. You need to dring your smoothie very slowly for the maximum absortion.

I used to always "chew" my juice and swirl it around for a good 10+ seconds before I went on to the next-it took me soo long to drink it. Everyone made fun of me for taking me so long to answer them;) These days I have to down about 1.5 pints in 2 minutes or I'm late for work. Ideally i would drink it slower but it doesnt bother me much. I wouldn't drink as much juice if I took my time, I still get some saliva in the mix when im drinking, I always have lots of greens and lemon which people say can stain/erode your teeth (i drink through a glass straw which kinda bypasses the teeth). I got an omega 8006 juicer lately and I am delighted with the speed i can juice/wash juicer and drink my juice - it definitley encourages me to drink more juice

Another good reason to chew, is it prevents you from eating too fast. I'm learning this the hard way.
