well tonight I took one small step towards reRAWing and one big step in dietary behavior modification...

i deleted my local chinese restaurant from my contact list and speed dial:eek:

what are your preRAW and reRAW rituals?

gift away any food you know you are going to want to eat... that isn't raw! if it's not in the house, you are less apt to eat it!

make a short list of things you can eat in a pinch.

fill your freezer with some snacks... bags of nuts/seeds/dried fruit - fudge balls etc.

Usually I juice fast for a few days. It is the only way I think I am transitioning.

S'Arts: fasting is always so good.
Was up srinking water into the wee hours while online last night so just waited til noon before I started consuming today. Felt good and it helped to staev off mid morning and afternoon cravings too. Might fast a day this weekend while I do some dehydrator prep stuff.

Was up srinking water into the wee hours while online last night so just waited til noon before I started consuming today. Felt good and it helped to staev off mid morning and afternoon cravings too. Might fast a day this weekend while I do some dehydrator prep stuff.

If I don't fast then I won't feel a difference going from SAD to RAW, because it will just seem like I am eating salads, or just drinking smoothies, which I usually do when I am 100% Raw or not. Fasting reminds me that I am switching to more healthy eating.

This time I started drinking ACV with water and then just dove right in. I usually prepare a list of what I am going to eat. The better snacks I have ready the better I do. Then I spend a fortune at whole foods.:dance: I also have to get emergency foods like Raw Revolution bars for my purse.

reread: I read old transformation stories that I read last time, I'm going to re-re-read 12 steps to a raw food diet, and I've got a copy of 80/10/10 saved on my computer that I'm going to read :)
