I am a 39 year old husband and father of 4.

I am very excited to be starting my new journey of health and happiness.

I have experimented with a raw, vegan way of life in the past, but have never fully committed. The time has finally come to make that commitment.

I look forward to sharing my journey with all of you.

Just wanted to say congrats and welcome to you on your raw path, Chris!! I just joined today although lurking on this and other sites from time to time. Anyway I saw STL in your title and wanted to share with you (if you didn't already know) that there is a raw food group here in St. Louis that has a monthly raw potluck. The times I have gone have been useful to try new recipes to share with a group and also meet other DEVOTED raw foodists. The stories of those who have been raw for decades have been amazing. Let me know and I can pass the info along....Every city needs the same idea of hosting a raw potluck.
