Hello again,
I hope you're not getting annoyed by finding me here more often... But lately it seems that I've been getting all of these questions... Please bare with me.. :o...
So the Next question is...
Are there any Greens and/Or leafy greens that shouldn't be eaten raw?
I read that some greens might cause your thyroid to slow down because of some of the raw greens...
And that this might be the cause of your metabolism slowing down...But,
How true is this? DO any of you know?

You are advised to rotate your greens and do not use too much of any particular one.
This especially applies to the cruciferous greens such as kale, chard and spinach as they have oxalic acid which has the effect you spoke of if taken in large quantities.
Baby greens will not be as guilty.
