Hi
Is there any problem with just doing a green drink powder. My bothernlaw takes daily green drink from longevity brand I think. It has kale, and all the other stuff.
Are those things good enough by them selves. Or real is better.
Plus could I do both or is it too much for one day to create oxcilate acid.
I want to start this diet or lifestyle but when I started researching it's getting confusing with food mixing and acid!
I mean no one thinks for a minute of affects of mixing all the crap we eat otherwis!
