I took Victoria Butenko's advice and started putting my smoothie recipes through nutritiondata.self.com and noticed that with all the greens I've been ingesting, I'm getting an exorbitant amount of Vitamin K (as I assume we all are). I can't find anything saying that excessive amounts of Vitamin K is bad, but has anyone done any research on this?
