I just got an email advertising the DVD pack of "Making Friends with you Food" seminar. Has anyone else reeived this or seen it? It is by Douglas Graham and his wife. It is pretty expensive at $260 US roughly but I am interested in many of the topics it seems to contain.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the work by Douglas Graham and could you recommend any of his books?

Any thoughts on this matter I would be interested in. I seem to eat way too much fatty foods and would like to try and combat this as I still binge every day on things like fudge balls and fall off the wagon too often (but at least I get back on each time even if it takes me a week or so).

Love to hear from you

i don't have $260 worth of thoughts on the man, or his work...

...in fact i'm not sure what i think of him could change a dollar...

...but this is a NICE site :D

and i am a hap-hap-HAPpy boy here :D :D :D :D

in all seriousness you can learn everything you need to for alot less than that...

if you over eat on fats, try over eating some other foods first for a while, fruit, or even better yet greens...

i dare you to overeat greens...

chew your food well... and stay hydrated...

now that'll be $45.75

;)
