Has any one done chelation with parsley. I have a lot of neurological symptoms with no known cause of twitching and spasms and neuropathy.
I don't want to to the regular chelation and heard about this.
How much will i need a day and anything else along with it.
Is it enough to pull and excrete toxins by it self
Yhanks

I have heard cilantro works. I think you would need HUGE amounts to make a difference. There are many metal detox herb supplements on the market. I would try those.
I have detoxed it all over the years. It is a chore. But a worthwhile one!

It is my understanding that the ONLY two foods on the planet that can remove mercury are cilantro and chlorella. I like to add 1/2 bunch of cilantro or parsley to my daily juice, and chlorella to smoothies.

I'm not sure I can post this, but this remedy was on earth clinic.
08/23/2007: Lynn Prince from San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico, Mexico writes: "Hello. My daughter about 8 months ago was diagnosed with heavy mercury levels. She was so incapacitated that we thought it was Lyme Disease. From eating fish in Ventura County, California!! We used a formula that leached it out and within about 4 months her blood levels were normal again.
Recipe is as follows as given by a physician in Japan:
1 cup of Extra Virgin organic olive oil (first cold pressed)
2 large bunches of cilantro
8 large cloves of garlic
Puree in blender and take 3 teaspoons a day.
Leaches mercury and heavy metals. Must be careful, tho, if leach out to much too fast can shut down your kidneys and liver.
We found putting it on bread with a tiny bit of parmesan cheese and grilling it was yummy way to get your "medicine""

I just toss cilantro into salads, guacamole, salsa. I love the stuff. I wonder if I can eat enough of it to smell like cilantro? Mmmmm ....

MSM also neutralize mercury beside the cilantro
If you have Alluminium in your system green apple or wild apple will do the trick

I just found out that vitamin C will detox heavy metals and Red Peppers are suppose to be high in vitamin C.
Just thought I would add to the list of heavy metal detoxers.

Just adding to the list.
Epsom Salt baths raise magnesium levels in the body and the body absorb sulfates. The sulfates in the epsom salt Flush toxins and heavy metals from the cells.
