Hi I am Danielle from Central Florida. I am 30 years old. Today is my second day on raw. I know that is not much but it is a start. I am making this change to help me feel better, as I always feel tired. I do work full time and have a 3 year old son, who keeps me on my toes. I have the support of my husband who is awesome. So far I have bought a blender and dehydrator, and am going to put the dehydrator to use today. I have found some wonderful recipes on here, that I can't wait to try. This will be a wonderful journey to optimal health :)

Welcome. Have you started green smoothies yet. They are great for busy mums as they are so fast to make and keep you going for ages.

Hi Adriana, thank you for welcoming me. :)

Hi Sport, If spinach and a banana count then yes I have. I read a bunch of green smoothie recipes on here. I will try one tomorrow in the morning. I have sweet potato chips in the dehydrator as I am writing. :p

Hi Danielle!!!! You are off to a fabulous start!!!! That's good that you didn't let the Dehydrate intimidate you! Remember, big recipes are just small ingredients put together. :) Continue to keep your "WHY" in front of you constantly. Keep food with you for those rough moments... Supportive Hubby's are great to have! Make him something sweet, like Alissa's Date Nut Torte, as a thank you for supporting you! (put a lemon on top and make it "pretty"!!!) Here's to YOUR health!!!
