Hey Guys,
I want to freeze my green smoothies so I don't have to keep remaking them every morning. I assumed this would be okay but then I started to wonder? Is it okay to make your smoothies last for the whole week by freezing 5 cups of them? I'm sure it is but I just want some reassurance :)
Fanx!

of course it is. is it optimal... no. its it better than eating SAD... sure it is!!!
i've often frozen my juices when i fast... you do what you have to to do what you need to. if that's keeps green smoothies in your diet... then go ahead and do it!!! :) try to use as many fresh (and not already frozen) items in your smoothies cause refreezing isn't good nutritionally.

If you have all your vegi and fruit (enough for one week) washed and peeled and cut up and store them in a large pot in the fridge ready for use, it really takes just a few minutes to make a fresh smoothie.

That's a good point. I don't know why I didn't think of that.
Thanks guys for your response.
