Wedding "Potluck" ideas needed

Hello everyone; I'm attending a wedding this Saturday (20th), and need some ideas on what to bring for 8 servings; It is a wedding and it is a potluck; what a great idea. I had a few ideas but weddings just seem special...Thanks

Well, my standard dish to take to potlucks is the crepe recipe, love it!

Easy Banana Cream Pie
- your favorite raw pie crust, or individual cups
- bananas
- lemons
- young coconut meat
- dates
Slice the bananas, then coat the slices with a little bit of lemon juice to keep them from browning. Blend the meat of the young coconuts with 1-2 soaked dates per coconut used, using normal water or coconut water to bring to desired consistency. Place the banana slices on as the bottom layer of the pie crust, then pour young coconut cream on top. Garnish with a mint leaf, or something else pretty. :)

Very simple, but very elegant. You could also place the banana slices on the sides of glasses, then spoon the cream into the cups for individual servings without needing a crust.
