Is there any dressing that I can buy that is still raw?

My Whole Foods has a large selection of Glasser Farms dressings in the cooler section with the other raw stuff. Other than that (and other strictly raw companies) probably not...

They are easy to make however; only problem is they don't last very long with no preservatives like the SAD ones. You don't really want preservatives, do you??? Didn't think so.

Ditto on the Glaser farms as well.

Most dressings are pretty easy to make though. I made a mustard vinegrette tonight. It took me a grand total of 2 minutes. :)

I have everything in my cupboard to make my favourite dressing (except for the fresh lemon.

torn up raw nori sheets
celtic salt
lemon juice
water to taste
crush carlic optional

mix together and let stand for about 5-10 minutes, pour over salad (or eat as a broth with extra water).
