Hey guys! I'm so glad to have found you all. My name is Rainy and I am 34. I've been overweight for most of my adult life. After having my last child, I have managed to diet myself down from 235 lbs to 158, but am slowly regaining the weight. I am 5'4" so in order to have a healthy BMI, I would like to get to around 130lbs. I recently hit a very difficult plateau and have tried different programs to try to get past it. My efforts have been unsuccessful. Today I am 166.6 :(
I refuse to gain another ounce. It is my goal to give the raw food eating plan an honest, 100%, no-nonsense, try for a minimum of 30 days. In this time, it is my plan to stay off of the scale and to focus on how I LOOK and FEEL. Putting away the scale for a month will be a challenge for me, but I have gotten too obsessed with it and it's time for me to pull back and get refocused. I will continue my 5 day per week exercise regimen of cardio and strength training as I embark on this journey. I will definitely be checking in to ask tons of questions, and to get and GIVE support.
