Here is my first shot of soup with my new vita-mix. Still waiting on Alissa's new book to get here. I got this recipe from the raw foods made easy for 1 to 2 people. Here are the pictures.

1. zucchini
2. celery
3. 1 tomato
4. 2 cups spinach
5. few basil
6. 1.5 cups of water
7. fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon
8. 1 tsp of sea salt
9. spoonful of white miso paste
10. a little fresh garlic
11. 1 green onion
12. 1 green hot pepper
13. avocado

Tasted pretty good for my first try and taking the left overs to work tomorrow. Enjoy!

I love that book food made easy, lol... i didn't try that recipe yet, did you like the soup?

If you like the soup (and think you might like other raw soups), holler at me later and I'll give you recipes for killer corn chowder (tweaked the one that's on this forum) and butternut squash soup. I also came up with a variation of broccoli soup, and I think I might've written the recipe down, but I'm not positive, so I may or may not have that one.

yes the soup tasted good and very healthy. It was all raw. I brought the left-overs for lunch. AllergyGirl - more recipes would also be good.
