i'm a huge fan of arnica... carry it in my purse, kids each have one with them as well.
it's great for an injuries... lessens swelling, reducing inflammation. great stuff.
i just asked my body (muscle testing) how much to take... and it helped me tremendously with some back pain i was experiencing.

i had my surgery wed 4 hours of facial reconstruction i was in pain but it was managable continued with the arnica
the only reason i wanted to avoid excess pain relief was because last time i had surgery i was constipated for months although i was told it was in part shock that my body did not want to let go of anything
i feel that when were in the medical system we are not aware of the options
i only found out about arnica from somebody who used it prior to surgery

I just had a facial surgery and my surgeon gave me arnica before the procedure and instructed me to continue taking it afterward. Arnica has reached the mainstream. I haven't had significant issues with pain. I'm sure it's helped!
