Welcome to the Monthly Raw Challenge!

We're excited about this new area of the forum that is specifically for those of you who are eager to commit to a month of eating 100% raw foods and seeing miraculous results!

WE (one of the moderators) will start a new challenge thread on the first of every month.

We want the focus of these monthly challenge threads to be on staying raw and accountability. Therefore, if you have eaten all raw and then slip up and have something cooked, we don’t want you to beat yourself up over it or dwell on it, but this is not space to discuss it. You are more than welcome to document it in your journal/blog or ask for help in the discussion area, but it is not necessary (and not allowed) to discuss your slip-up here in the challenge threads, just get right back on track and keep going!

In the event that you feel you are not quite ready to fully commit to the challenge and you find yourself having slip-ups often, then please join us again during the following month. Of course you are still more than welcome to participate on other parts of the forum, but we would really like to keep this section dedicated to those who are committed to doing 30 days 100% raw.

Hi all! I have been super, super busy the last week or so. I totally forgot to come online and post my foods!!

So far today I have had a wonderful Gs and plan on having another Gs later and a salad for dinner!

Hi everyone! Started the day with a good skin brush and hydration! Nothing like a liter of lemon water to wake you up!

Been trying different grawnolas recently for breakfast. I was never a SAD breakfast eater,usually just had fruit for breakfast, but the last few weeks or so I've been loving a heavier cereal type bfast... Current fave mylk is pumpkin seed!

Lunch was salad in the cafeteria--carrots, peppers, lettuce and tomatoes with olive oil and lemon juice. 2 clementines.

Green smoothie for snack of red leaf, romaine, banana, mango, green powder, maca, reishi mushrooms.

Dinner of parsnip-zucchini-basil pasta strips with marinara and almond balls--deelish!

Hi all!
Breakfast- Apple cobbler and vanilla cream -- it just get batter and better as it sits in the refrig

Lunch- green smoothie and salad
Dinner- fruit smoothie- apple, banana and some honey

I would like to join. I have been raw for 10 days! So today I ate...

MORNING: Green Smoothie with kale, apple, banana

LUNCH: Blueberry Cheesecake, an apple, and some fudgy balls

Mid afternoon: had the rest of the green smoothie

Dinner: grapes, almonds, and a green smoothie with 2 bananas, spinach, orange, and some frozen peaches.

I will post my meals tomorrow as well!!

Slowly transitioning from a 10 day juice fast.
B- green lemonade
S- little apple
L- honey dew cucumer juice
S- little apple
D- watermelon & flax crackers
