Hello everyone,
All of this is new for me as I first learned about Raw Food last month. I started my Raw Food Diet in October 22nd, so I've been in it for less than a month. It hasn't been that difficult for me to stick with it so I decided to go 90%-100% Raw starting tomorrow.
Luckily, I've never had any serious health problems except my overweight ever since I can remember but it got worst when I was about 24 years old at 230 lbs. I tried many diets with no luck or if I did loose any weight, I gained it back right away. It seems like every time I tried eating healthy I always ended up getting off track since junk food has alway been my weakness.
I started My Raw Diet in October 22nd at 200 lbs. My Goal is to loose the extra fat that I've been carrying for the past 10 years.
By doing so , I would like to encourage my family into this as well specially my Older brother who also has major weight problems, but I know that before they even think about trying it, I have to do it first and be a role model for them to show them that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
I know I'm doing the right thing, because it just feel right!! And I just hope I don't let myself down.
So Please... I need your help and feed back. I don't want to fail.
