As I'm new to raw food I'm only about 20-25% raw at the moment. Apart from salads, I don't really know what else to make. Can I make an easy soup raw and has anyone got any suggestions? I may try Tomato, Green Peppers, Chillies, Cucumber and Spinach in a blender - am I on the right track here?

That sounds yummy! (fyi - I just recently learned that green peppers are an unripe fruit...so they may not digest as well as a colored pepper)
Yesterday I had a tomato soup with: tomatos and red bell pepper and added Chinese 5 Spice and some evoo.
Today I another tomato soup with tomatos and spinich with gram marsala and Indian curry (a curry I get pre-mixed at an Indian restaurant).
I think of soups as whatever veggies I have around and I use different spices to change them up further. Try using avocado if you want a creamy soup.
Alissa has some wonderful soup recepies and I know you'll find even more using the banana search.

Try quinoa, which is a fruit seed that people call a grain, but it has lots of protein. You can use it in place of rice, but it looks and feels like a cous-cous. Google quinoa. The average non-raw person cooks it, but some raw foodists on the board said they have sprouted it and eaten it raw.
I haven't tried eaten it raw, because I am not good a sprouting. Everything I tried sprouting spoils after being soaked, instead of sprout. I don't know why I am no good with sprouting. But maybe you will have success with it.
