pumpkin seeds

Just curious how everyone eats pumpkin seeds...do you dehydrate them?

Just made some "roasted" straight from the pumpking added a bit of salt...ok, a lot of salt :p put'em in the dehydrator for ....maybe and hour or 2 or 3 can't remember exactly... and they were done!

I usually put them in crackers and dehydrate them, although they are certainly good all by themselves.

I don't soak them before eating them
