Wouldn't it be like deadly?
What is good about fasting that much anyways?

It all depends on what you are looking for and your age. As a teenager it would not be wise to fast.
I'm assuming you are talking directly to me, since I think I'm the only one on this forum who fasts as much as I do. LOL
I love to fast. I don't water fast often... I take in raw live juices. My doctor is 100% supportive of me and see the huge transformation that my health has taken (from being very very ill to picture perfect health) so he's totally on board with my choices.
But... fasting isn't for everyone. Just like raw foods aren't for everyone and begin vegan isn't for everyone. We all need to make choices for ourselves.
And... when I juice my foods I get heaps of nutrition in every glass - so I'm not lacking at all.
(My bloodwork results speak volumes!)

Ohh so you still drink juices on your fasts?
and do you ever feel weak from doing it for so long?

No I have way more energy than any other time to be honest. I feel very weak when I water fast though... although there are others who have had a different experience. For the most part water fasting is much more difficult that juice fasting.
I juice this much produce approx. per day:
10 tomatoes
1 full bunch of celery
1 head of fennel
1 beet plus greens
1 garlic bulb
2 green onions
1 shallot
1/2 lime
1 cucumber
1-2 red/orange/yellow peppers
ginger
1 pineapple
8 apples
another cucumber
ginger
celery and/or parsley
other fresh herbs as well
2-4 young coconuts (the water from inside)
E3Live added to my juices as well as an assortment of spices
sometimes I have:
cantaloupe juice with fresh mint and ginger
apple/beet/celery/ginger juice
freshly squeezed oj
freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

Yes... Its called juice feasting/fasting. It still brings great healing a health, but you still have the energy to keep up with your daily activities.
It really is a wonderful experience and once you really try it and do it.. you would understand more of why it can be soooooo addicting
