Hey all! I have a question. I just started to train with a PT and he is helping me to become a more efficient runner. He is also is training me to run a 10K, my question is how to I know that I am fueling my body with enough food? Please understand that I am just starting out going raw, so I am use to eating the SAD way, so be gentle when responding. I know that there is a period of detox that your body goes thru, but I want to continue to train during this time. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you so much! Oh and I am getting a dehydrator for Christmas, can't wait!! :D

When I had a physical trainer and was 100% raw, she tried everything she could think of to get me to eat the SAD. I am no expert, but I would advise you to do as much research as possible, and stay on the raw path. For me, the more greens I ate, the better I felt while working out for many hours. I also found vegan protein powder for my smoothies and that gave me a little more energy as well.
