EMS as in Electronic Muscle Stimulation, not cat breed codes/express mail/European Monetary System. Have any of you used them to support your training? My problem is a few areas of my body need extra attention and I simply don't have time enough to give them the extra attention. I work two jobs and study in the evenings, so I can squeeze in enough cardio, but only the bare essentials of weight training and was wondering if it would help at all if I used an EMS decive while working and studying since a lot of that is sitting in front of the computer.

Any experiences with the devices or other tips would be greatly appreciated.

I have some but have not used it for years. I have a thing about electro magnetic radiation and it made me feel uneasy to have these things attached to me.
That may be stupid and there may be no harmfull effect from them but that is just me.

If you use kettlebells, Bulgarian Training Bags and/or sandbags, you get cardio AND weight training all rolled into one. Wouldn't take any more time than it takes to do cardio alone.
