I am constipated.. and usually taking probiotics helps.. but it's not really helping. And the main thing that is weird is that whenever I eat something, like vegetables and stuff, I get this hunger feeling... I don't even know if it's hunger it just is this weird feeling in my stomach.
Anyways, what is this? does this have to do with acidity? It seems to only happen when I'm constipated. I think I might be deficient in magnesium cuz I have been having muscle spasms too.. and I have heard that mag deficeincy can cause constipation too.
would getting magnesium help?
thank you

Would you consider putting your food in to one of the monitoring websites for a week and checking to see if you are deficient in something.

It sounds like you're dehydrated....how much water do you drink?
My holistic MD says he likes all his patients to take magnesium "to bowel tolerance". Will it help? Yes - just start off easy, too much and you'll get diahrrea. If that does happen, back off the doseage.
I typically take 400-800mg daily (which is 1-2 capsules of the brand I buy). *Ü*

My usual response is to recommend the book: Cure Constipation Now. I found it at Mas Wellness, but assume it's probably available in health food stores and the like.
Has a regime to increase sluggish bowel function without enemas, etc. Very easy to follow instructions, although at first they may sound counter-intuitive. Worked for me.

yes I drink lots of water... but It seems like my body doesn't absorb the water properly. Because not too long after I drink, I'll end up peeing it out. Wtf? lol

You definitely sound like you have a magnesium deficeincy, it will help with the cramps and constipation. Like someone else said don't do too much or you will get diarrhea. :)
