View Full Version : Finally perfected my breakfast smoothie!

Thanks to all your advice, I finally perfected this smoothie. I changed the orange juice out for water, and added kale, vitaminerals greens, and hemp seed powder. :)

Recipe:

1 Banana
Handful of strawberries, blueberries, and mangos (Fresh if available, frozen if not)
1.5 cups of water
1/4 cup of kefir (remove if you're vegan)
3 stocks of kale
handful of raw cacao
handful of raw cashews
1 TBSP raw macca powder
1 TBSP raw hemp seed powder
1 TSP vitaminerals greens powder

It is DELICIOUS and SO GOOD FOR ME!! :)

Wow, sounds awfully nutritious!! :) Glad it's also tasty! Isn't it great when it works out that way? I love it! Feels like cheating... but it's totally NOT at all! :)

I have about 10 or more different green smoothie recipes that I love and I keep finding more.

I plan out each evening which ingredients or particular recipe I'm going to prepare in the morning!

The smoothie sounds delish! I actually perfected my breakfast smoothie recently as well, it's somewhat similar to yours:

1/2 banana
2 handfuls frozen fruit/berries
1/2 scoop raw hemp protein powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
stevia, to taste
water, to blend

Sooooooo good--a smoothie I actually enjoy having everyday. I usually get sick of them within a week.

Sounds amazing!
I just go for it every morning.

-2 cups water
-huge bunch of greens
-frozen banana
-whatever fruit I feel like!

tons of fun!
