From her new book Raw Food For Everyone
I have made two things so far and they are both yummy.
Creamy Broccoli Soup Pg. 316
Corn Chips Pg. 373
The soup is a little bit more of a light green color. Its good, nice rich and creamy. Perfect for a chilly Fall day! :)

Hi - just checking to see how I can post pics in here.. This is a small cheesecake that I made -- from alissas book, changed the crust a bit, and made some sauce with coconut oil, carob, cocoa and honey.
charging my camera batteries for my morning prep --
braised brussels sprouts
a smoothie of choice
date nut torte (LOLF)
eggplant bacon and or pizza -- reneeH has me hooked!
i have an insane amount of squash from my local CSA and I want to use it before it gets hard/spoils/is bad.. any ideas? I didnt like the butternut squash patties after dehydrating in LOLF -- i actually liked the taste before I formed the burgers.. weird, huh?
anyways. feedback or troubleshooting tips are welcome!

Thanks GreenT!!! Can't wait to see yours!!! Did you use a Veggie Peeler or a Mandoline? I think mine came out rather thick, but they were DELISH!!!!!! :)
