Does anyone know what this is?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what VCO stands for. I ran across it in a recipe for chocolate bars. If you want I can give you the recipe also.

I'd love the recipe for the chocolate bars for my boys. I even have some VCO here LOL

This came out like semi-sweet chocolate bars.

1 cup cocoa
1cup VCO
1/2 cup xylitol and a dash of stevia to taste or just use more xylitol
1 t vanilla
dash of salt
Heat all this in a pan on low to melt the xylitol and pour in a glass pan and put in fridge to set and keep.
This will have the consistency of a chilled hershey bar.
