The only chocolate bars that I have bought were from Shazzie on www.detoxyourworld and they were good but depending on where you are in the world they may be expensive.
I did make my own and they were good too.
I used cocoa butter, chocolate powder, agave, chopped cashews and soaked gogi berries,
In my opinion, you won't find a better chocolate out there. Pacari is created by the farmers themselves... so the same people grow the cacao and then make the chocolate... and then bring in the profits to keep doing what they are doing. Pacari makes "fair trade" look like small beans.
I *LOVE* that company. I have spoken to several people who work there, and it truly is a company that does business from the heart.
Plus the chocolate is ridiculously good!
:)
Here is their site. (http://www.pacarichocolate.com/index.php?option=com_joomgallery&func=viewcategory&catid=2&Itemid=2)

I've tried tons of raw chocolate snacks. My top Bars: Aimee's Livin' Magic Brownies, Gnosis Chocolate (Cashew Goji only). Truffles: UliMana, Blackbird Naturals, ChocAlive.
There's many more good raw bars that may have cacao, but I wouldn't recommend them to satisfy a chocolate craving. There's also been way too many I didn't think were good, so I definitely recommend sampling before buying more than one.

I like Ombars but they have coconut palm sugar in them, so if you're particular about being 100% raw, then it might not be for you.
Also, I'm a little bit starved for options, so I might be biased because there's only one other raw chocolate brand being sold here. But as a former chocolate fiend I can tell you these don't differ in flavour much at all compared to regular roasted dark chocolate bars.

I like the pacari bar mentioned in the first response but my true and ultimate favorite is the Fearless Chocolate Exploding Coconuts bar, in fact all their flavors are great. The chocolate it super fruity, earthy and delicious and their flavor combinations are really unique/ inventive.
check it out, really fun packaging, and there's a giving model where they donate a portion of their proceeds to activists nominated by their fans(us). They are also direct trade with sustainable family farms... blah blah blah

I've been using a discount code for the last few months when buying chocolate on their site: "rawfoodie" gets you 15% off!
Hope this helps!

I have tried a few brands from Whole Foods and been really disappointed, since they were so expensive and didn't taste great. Easy to make your own truffles-there's a great recipe from Gone Raw,
1/2 cup cacao powder,
1/2 cup carob powder
1/2 cup cocoa butter, melted in dehydrator (I chopped it up fine and then measured it)
1/2 cup honey OR agave
1/2 cup cashews
Put em all in the vita mix and blend blend blend. then roll them into balls by hand and roll them in nuts or cacao powder to coat. I store them in the fridge, but they taste best at room temp. Easy to add interesting flavors, like orange zest or cinnamon or chipotle chile, or...? From experience, the vitamix is essential, something about the way it blends the ingredients is waaaaay different from if you were to grind the nuts in your coffee grinder and then mix by hand.

it's really very simple, i've discovered recently. and it tastes just like a chocolate bar!!! but it's all raw :)
get some raw cacoa butter... grate it and put on a pan over low heat just enough to melt.... add coconut oil. turn heat off.
add raw cocao powder.... and then add raw agave to it for sweetness.
when i do it it comes out like syrup. put it in the fridge and it'll harden while cold and form solid like a chocolate bar.
it taste better than any cooked specialty choclate bar i ever had.
sometimes i add raw coconut flakes. can add soaked almonds etc... choices are not limited.

I like their bars and other similar ones, just didn't mention them because it's not good for chocolate cravings. I wouldn't even recommend those flavors. They have other better ones like the granola and goji.
