I am currently living in Xiamen, China and need help. How can I eat greens raw here? Wash them more? I get an upset stomach every time I try some. Everyone cooks everything here.

Are you there permanently. Would it be worth your while to purchase a sanitiser.

Having traveled extensively in India, I can tell you for sure that you do *not* want to risk eating foods that could be contaminated with raw sewage, parasites, or other such foulness. Cook your veggies thoroughly until you can find a way of sanitizing them effectively!
Raw is awesome----but you will NOT receive health benefits from eating raw food that is contaminated!

I am here for at least 9 months maybe more. I have had to eat a lot of yogurt to keep my stomach settled and increase the probiotics. I bought a steamer today, as all the fried greens and salted greens do not appeal to me at all. What is a sanitizer?

Check out the following thread about Samson fruit & vegetable washer which is supposed to get rid of all evils on vegetables and fruits.

I got my Samson washer several days ago. I like it well. It is very easy to use and I am using it everyday.

Steaming is a great option for your circumstances. The loss of nutrients is minimal and it will still kill the nasties that might be hanging out.
Remember that if your water is not potable you can't wash food with that water either. If that's the case, you must boil the water and let it cool before using it to wash produce.

Do you think I can eat cashews, walnuts, etc. raw here?

I would not eat dried foods (including raw nuts) sold in markets there unless I could be sure of the way they are manufactured. I heard that some dried foods there are soaked with all kinds of strange chemicals.
