...would it be okay to have smoothies during the day and then a salad for the last meal. And that's it?

I would have green smoothies as well as fruit smoothies.

Annie,

Yes, it would be ok----as long as it is a choice truly made out of self love. If this is what your body is craving you should go for it. But please do not make the mistake of implementing a strict regimen in the hopes of quick weight loss if that regimen isn't what your body is asking for. A more gentle approach that includes a wider variety of foods will work better than restriction because it won't set you up for binges later. I've seen too many people try to be extremely strict only to binge on raw desserts or cooked food, or even SAD (dis)comfort foods from their past.

Be kind to yourself. Your body is a gift just as it is right now.

Heeeello!
MelanieBear said it perfectly. Do just that if that is what your body is telling you to do.

If you are looking for fast weight loss and your body is not telling you to eat this amount of food, then your body will make up for it by driving you to binge. I'm recovering from binge eating disorder myself, and have learned that any extreme forced on your body does balance itself out. So nurture your body, and give it what it wants, Whether that is a salad and a smoothie and nothing more, or what have you, and your body will gratefully, and gradually (and long term), adjust to what you wish it to.
Take care!

I gotta agre with the two posters above. No punishing your body or depriving it. Love it and it'll love you back. And I realise that we're talking about being on raw foods here, hence some averages are different to being on SAD food, but when losing weight anything faster than 1lb/0,5kg a week is very fast.

Many people and children out there without food at all.. You certainly won't die eating nothing but smoothies and salads!

Annie, it sounds like you think that by eating less, you'll lose weight. If you're new to raw, this is not the best way to do it and it will likely backfire. With raw, you eat much more food for several months to a couple of yrs. People still lose weight eating this much food. Eventually cutting down on the amount of fats and/or juice fasting is how they may get rid of the last amount of weight. But this is after their body has gotten use to raw. You'd also be better off with 5-6 meals per day, rather than 3.

I totally agree with this post. If you cut back on the food (assuming you are 100% raw) you may see a slower weight loss then if you eat more or plenty of raw food over several meals.... sounds counter intuitive, but I it's true.
