St John's Wort

I was wondering if anyone here used it?? I tried to go off of it once going high raw, but found I still need it. I use the Kira brand and one of the ingredients is lactose, which I'm not thrilled about. Does anyone have any suggestions??

By far, the best St. John's Wort I've ever encountered is made by Herb Pharm. They collect the herbs at the proper time of the year and make their medicine from them RIGHT AWAY. The company is owned and operated by a wonderful herbalist named Ed Smith, and they are tremendous stewards of the Eart and ambassadors for the plant world. I use the tincture, which is an extract of the fresh plant in alcohol. The amount of alcohol you'd get per dose would be extremely small, but if this is a concern you might check to see if Herb Pharm makes a capsule.

Their products certainly will not contain lactose.

(Also, remember that exercise has been proven wildly effective in shifting mood disorders and depression and make sure to get your movement in!)
