I am mostly high raw with the exception of me eating Ezekiel bread, because I love bread and I am a fiber freak. And wanted to make sure I was getting all my Whole Grains in my diet.

But now, I think I am may be allergic to gluten, because some people in my family have thyroid issues and it seems no matter how healthy I eat, raw or not, my body always want to gain weight, not lose. And I do seem to have gluten sensitivity symptoms, even though my doctor claims I don't have a thyroid problem when I had a blood test taken early this year.

So I am thinking about giving up the Ezekiel bread and giving up soaking barley to eat raw. I will be mostly fruits and veggies now.

My question is, is there any fruit or veggie juices I should drink that helps the thyroid, or help detoxify my body from the gluten toxicity? I just want to cleanse for a week.

it wants to gain weight cause you are eating that bread LOL it's not the raw... it's the non-raw that makes you gain.

ingredients for vegetable juice combinations include: alfalfa, all leafy greens, beet tops, carrots, celery, green peppers, parsley, seaweeds, sprouts, and watercress - celery, parsley, small amount of carrot, Swiss chard, wheat grass

go heavy on green juices...

You don't need grains, period. They're difficult to digest. And what the Juicing Queen, Aleesha, recommended. :D

I have raw nori seeweed when I was making veggie maki rolls. Have you added them veggie smoothie? I wonder what that tastes like.
