... and I'm completely new to the "raw food" idea. But first, some things about me:
I'm 23 years old and I live in Zurich, Switzerland. I don't know, but are there a lot of you that are from Europe or even Switzerland or Germany? Or is this board mostly american/australian?
Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
I'm sorry for my english, it's not that good, but I'm working on it. :)
Currently I'm studying psycholgy at university here in Zurich. What I love ist photography, travelling and music, but I do also like lots of other things...
As I said, I'm new to raw food, but I'm really motivated on getting to know everything and find my way to this. I found this homepage because I want to lose some weight, and googled, but now that I've read about raw food, I'm also very motivated because I hope, that my sleep-problem will get better through this and that I can improve my healthyness.
I'm not quite sure, how to start, but I planned on starting tomorrow morning. I bought lots of fruits and some veggies, and also some almonds, and hope, I'll succesfully make it through the first day tomorrow. :) But if you have any advices, I'm happy to hear them. :)
