Hi all,

I would like to know if anyone knows of a recipe for a "clean" Turkey Gravy?

I'm having some people over for Thanksgiving who don't share my clean living lifestyle and they would like to have gravy with the meal, and since I am making it I would like to make it as healthy and clean as I can.

Any ideas or recipes would be greatly appreciated....

Thank you..

T

While you're waiting, I suggest googling "raw turkey gravy".... you might even find a raw turkey recipe in there.

not sure if youre doing a veg meal, but it would be a great and compassionate idea. there are all sorts of veg main dishes that can be served for thanksgiving, and of course most of the side dishes can easily be made vegan, even if not raw. theres always the tofurkey available too :) which though not raw is a healthier and more compassionate option than a dead animal's body.

there are some great recipes for vegan gravy's...i would go with a mushroom gravy. mushrooms and miso would probably be 2 of the components. the miso adds more complex flavor.

good luck. if you want more vegan thanksgiving suggestions there are loads on the internet.
