My dehydrator has finally arrived and I am so excited! I am already dehydrating onion bread and a batch of the veggie nuggets that Sweetgoddess posted. Next is eggplant bacon, and after that some sweet treats -- can't wait! I just had to share my excitement. :D

I agree, you'll love it! I enjoy trying so many different things, that I'm always busy in the kitchen.

I just got me dehydrator yesterday I know what you mean. Last nite I made Unbacon.....yummmy!
