Samuel,
Very pretty and I like your garnish. :D
Just as yummy (IMO) and without using the precious (expensive) almonds:
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 large or 2 small barlett pears (I peel them)
Awesome! :D

Yummy picture Samuel. I want some!
Strawberry/banana is my favorite smoothie base. I throw handfuls of spinach, lettuce or kale in also, as the strawberry flavor completely covers it and you cant taste it.
Glad to see pics of your creations.
Blessings~

sweetgoddess, thanks, I do like the strawberry/banana combination.
A while back you had a divided dish decorated with fruit and you had some veggie nuggets on it with some sauce. Do you know if there is a place online to order that? I would like to try and get a plate just like that.

No, Sorry, Samuel I dont know where you can find one. I bought it at Fred Myers, a grocery store. It is made by HD designs. I tried looking it up for you but didnt find it. Fred Myer doesnt have it on their site either.
It's a common style though, so look at any houseware place. I am sure you could find something similar.
If you do we want to see a pic!
Blessings~

One of my two favorite smoothies!!!!
2 fresh bananas and 1 bag of organic frozen strawberries (10 oz). Blend and drink or eat with a spoon!!!!
Easy - just what I like!!!!

My other favorite smoothie?
Tropical. Wild oats has mixed in a bag already: Mangos, Pineapples, Papaya and I add apple juice to it. Again, quick and easy!

Hi Caryolyn,
It's in the frozen food section at Wild Oats with the rest of the frozen fruits. It's in a clear plastic bag (resealable). If you can't find it, just ask an employee. I really like it. It's so tropical. I just sip it and pretend I'm on a tropical island :D
